PiYo - 10:00 AM
PiYo is a unique approach to mind-body workouts. This Yoga and Pilates-inspired program delivers results!
Perfect for all fitness levels, PiYo is a fusion of flowing movement designed to make you strong, stretched,
and centered.
Simple Stretch - 11:00 AM
Do you like immediate payoffs? Take the plunge and activate sleeping, frozen areas in your body that are dying
to work again. Take responsibility for your dysfunctional musculoskeletal system, which causes muscle and bone loss,
depriving humans the stregth and balance we need to stay on our feet. Feed muscles what they are starving for - motion!
This preventive class will help avoid costly surgery and recovery measures not needed if you take care of your pain
issues first. We guide you through a series of gentle exercises and stretches that will rev you up for a wonderful
new beginning in a pain free body!
